These fresh pork sausages have a delicious flavor and are our Number One most popular seller. Be sure to cook them thoroughly, since they are "not" pre-cooked. Whether on the grill on in a pan take a little extra time to make sure they're done. Each package contains approximately 10 links (at times the package may contain 8 or 9 links) with an approximate weight of 1 pound 6 ounces of sausages. They may be packed more by weight than by number of sausages. If you're planning a party, you may want count on two to three links per person (although we've seen some guys eat up to 5 sausages in one sitting!). This is a crowd favorite!

Try this serving suggestion for an extra special treat: Cover the uncooked brats in milk for about 10 minutes, then coat with plain or seasoned flour. Heat oil in a large skillet and fry the floured brats until they are a deep golden brown on both sides. These brats will be delicately crunchy and perfect with spicy mustard. Note: This Sausage is frozen immediately upon processing by the manufacturer. When ordered, we ship the frozen sausages (wrapped in a special ice packing). If your sausages arrive partially frozen - you may place them in your freezer if you wish to keep them frozen. If they arrive defrosted, but still cold, DO NOT REFREEZE the sausages. Keep them in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, no more, or cook them and freeze the cooked sausages for later use.
