Everybody loved the cheese cakes I made with this quark. I could not tell any difference from quark in Germany. Can't wait to get more. Hope we can order again soon.

Don't let the bitterness of this fool you. It's perfect for cheesecake & you won't taste the bitterness at all, when its done baking. Wonderful product & it's as closest to German quark as it can get. Yes , it's a bit pricey , but it's worth it. I got really good now , at making / baking cheesecake, and I will bake another one soon. Love my cheesecake & there are so many recipes to choose from. Try it! ❤️ð❤️
It is as close to German quark as you can get. My favorite use was on toasted artisan bread (that I got in France) with fresh preserves for breakfast! Or sliced tomatoes and fresh ground pepper on Waasa! Awesome product. Not meant to be sweet by the way.
This quark is as good as it gets. It is supposed to be slightly bitter as you add savory or sweet toppings if eating it on bread etc. I use it to bake my traditional German cheesecake and it turns out brilliant. I am very happy I found this website.
Well, of course it is not the same as Quark you can buy in Germany. This product is produced in the U.S.,and it tastes more bitter because the producing company does not add that much sugar as the industry normally does! Nevertheless I like it and just sweeten it the way it want it.
