Diamant Hartweizen Grieß wird aus erlesenen Durum-Weizen gewonnen. Durum-Weizen hat eine kernig-harte Struktur und eine goldgelbe Farbe. Gerichte aus Diamant Hartweizen-Grieß werden garantiert locker und behalten dennoch einen besonderen Biss - für Suppeneinlagen, Knödel und Aufläufe, z. B. Kräuterklöße in klarer Fleischbrühe oder Asiatische Gemüserollen.

Cooking Instructions

4 cups milk, 0.7oz butter, 1 Tlsp of salt, 10.7oz Diamant Grieß, 2 med. eggs, 2 slices of toast, 2tsp mixed herbs.<BR><BR>Place the milk, butter and salt into a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Sprinkle in the Diamant Hartweizen Grieb Stir and allow subsequent swelling into a thick porridge. Remove pot from stove and let the semolina mass to cool slightly. Stir in the eggs and set aside.  Take the Toast and crumble it and fry in butter until golden brown. Chop finely the her mix. Mix herbs and bread crumbs together. Mix 1 Tbsp of the dumpling mix and press flat. Add bread herb mix to center of dumpling and close the mixture all around to form into a lump. Cook the dumplings in boiling salt water for 10 minutes or until they float to the surface. Serve as a side dish.
