I am disappointed in this book because I was hoping it had old German Bavarian type reciepes. It does explain some vegatables and cuts of meat that mom sends me out to stores to get and I cant find or a very difficult to find. But, for learning how to do bread dumpllings, roaldin and other authentic dishes, I am disappointed.
