The Gala # 1! Blend of Coffees
Here, it is advertised as 100% Arabica but that is patently untrue. Gala is actually a blend of Arabica and Robusta Coffee beans. Robusta is better known to Espresso Lovers and the "crema" it produces will also be found in your brewed Gala, albeit in lesser quantity unless you brew under pressure. The Robusta rounds out the Arabica very nicely but it should be listed here as it is on the Gala # 1 Bag itself! Gala is one of the best coffees in the world and has that typical European Cafe flavor we all look for when we find ourselves thinking of and yearning for "A great cup of coffee." It is my all time favorite...bar none!

The best
We drank Gala Nr. 1 the entire time (8 years) we lived in Germany. I've been to 33 countries around the world and have never found a coffee I enjoy more.
