I a m not sure - but how can the sausage be Pork and called Kalbsleberwurst?
I am sorry, but it does not taste like Kalbsleberwurst to me!
It isn't bad, but not my favorite when comparing it to others. I give it a 5, but it is " halt eine Geschacksache".......

Our local German store closed down a we have been craving for a similar liverwurst to the Westphalian kind we had.. This is exactly what we were looking for!!!
This product (I believe made in NY State) is perfect, both regarding the taste and the smooth consistency. Just like it were from a "Frischwurst-Theke" in a grocery or butcher shop in Germany. Next to the Hildesheimer liver spread from Forest Pork, this one is my favorite. It also comes out well after deep freezing for a couple of months and slow-thawing in the fridge.
