Taken from freezer to oven in 40 minutes. Topped with pudding for pastry covered with fresh plums and baked 40 min at 350. Really easy and really good.

I just made a delicious Hefekuchen. I found the recipe on the Henglein website. Living in the state of Colorado I have trouble with yeast recipes due to our high altitude. This yeast dough came out perfect. I can only recommend and I will also buy again
Tried this last night. Comes rolled out on parchment paper. I made a border of dough all around by pushing the dough up. Then I pricked the center with a fork, sprinkle it with cinnamon/sugar mixture (optional) and then baked the base at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Then I added my own streusel mix to the partially-baked base and baked it all until the Streusel was firm. Once it all cooled down, I cut into pieces and sprinkled it all with powdered sugar. The base would be perfect for fruit like plums, with or without Streusel.
