My Oma, from Bavaria, fried these in butter and bacon fat. She then added fried bacon, onions and fried them until golden brown. A great side dish!
If you have any left over, I slowly reheat them and have for breakfast with eggs and sausage/bacon. Yum!

I just went back and got 4 more of these!! Very easy to make and delicious. Just saute and you are done!! If frozen make sure you thaw them first.
