(German-Style Meatloaf with Bell Peppers)
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 onion, cut into slices
3/4 cup water
1 slice of Siegi's Fleischkäse, sliced diagonally into 4 triangles
2 tablespoons ARO Sonnenblumenöl (Sunflower oil)
1 package Knorr Fix Currywurst
May be served with slices of
German Roggenkruste (Crusty Rye) Bread and crispy
Bratkartoffeln from Kartoffelland (German fried potatoes).
In a large skillet sauté yellow bell pepper and onion in 2 tablespoons of heated oil. Add the Fleischkäse and brown. Remove from the skillet and keep warm.
Add about ¾ cup water and Knorr Fix Currywurst to pan. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook on low heat for 1 minute. Pour the sauce over the Fleischkäse.
