InstructionsYou'll need 3 pieces (or about 150g) of your "schnitzel" meat, whichever one you choose. Take one cup of fresh or canned mushrooms, and brown in a pan with two Tbsp of oil. Stir package contents into one cup of heavy cream & add to mushrooms. Cook this sauce for a few minutes. Have schnitzel meat laid out on a baking pan. Pour the sauce over your meat and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C).

Just follow the directions and this sauce will be melt in your mouth delicious. I spent 9 years in Germany and there are many different kinds of hunters schnitzel depending on what part of the country you are in, from dark brown to white sauces, all of them great.
i ruined good pork with this stuff. Tastes nothing like jagerschnitzel you would have in germany. I don't know what it tastes like, but in my opinion, nothing I want to eat again.
I made this for the first time tonight for my kids and I. It was so good! The only thing I did different than what the recipe called for was I breaded the pork. I will surely make this a regular at our house.
This makes the best gravy ever! Also tastes great using chicken instead of pork!
