This brings me right back to mom’s table in Poland in the 90’s that continued over to New York in 1994 thanks to Knorr and now Maggi. This spaghetti is saucy and homey, just the right amount of cozy and oh so delicious. I simply cook a little under a pound of beef chuck (ground) in two spoons of vegetable oil in a hot pan until crumbly, then I add the contents of this packet and 1 ¼” cups of water, bring to boil for a few minutes then I add a few spoons of heavy cream ( trust me) then turn off and cook your pasta, I pick spaghetti or the smaller size Spaghettini, when it’s boiling turn up the sauce then mix both sauce and cooked pasta in the sauce pot and add freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Yum. This German mix brings me back to my childhood, it’s delicious and the perfect cozy meal on a cold night.

Maggi fix Spaghetti Bolognese 45g reviews
In response to Fran....We’re sorry to hear that the flavor of Maggi fix & frisch Spaghetti Bolognese is not as good anymore. Maggi has changed the recipe for their fix & frisch products to remove the MSG. If you’re missing the special flavor that MSG gave to this item, try adding a bit of Accent next time you use it. Accent is available at pretty much any supermarket in the USA. It is a ‘flavor enhancer’ that is pure MSG (monosodium glutamate). Hopefully this helps!
This also lost some ,it is not the same so I make mine from scratch .Was once good!
So easy to prepare, love the taste.
