Description

The original German potato pancake mix. Add packet to 2 cups of cold water and stir with a whisk. Drop mixture by the tablespoon into a frying pan with hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a side of applesauce or sprinkle with sugar.

Kartoffelpulver, Kartoffelstärke, Salz, Dinatriumphosphat, Mono-und Diglyceride, Petersilie, Natriumcitrat, natürliche und künstliche Aromen, Zwiebeln, Palmöl, Natrium-metabisulfite (um die Qualität zu schützen), Ascorbylpalmitat, Riboflavin und Kurkuma-Extrakt (für Farbe). Enthält Sulfite. Hergestellt in einer Anlage, die auch Milch, Eier, Weizen und Soja verarbeitet!

Cooking Instructions

Mischen Sie den Packungsinhalt einfach mit 2 Tassen Wasser und lassen Sie das Ganze für ca zwei Minuten quellen. Erhitzen Sie in einer antihaft-beschichteten Pfanne zwei Esslöffel Öl. Geben Sie ca. 2 Esslöffel des Teiges in die Pfanne und Braten sie die Pfannkuchen von beiden Seiten goldbraun. Einfach mit leckerem Apfelmus servieren oder mit Zucker bestreuen. Guten Appetit!

Doubledecker with Scrambled Eggs and Mixed Salad:

1 package Panni Potato Pancake Mix (5.8 oz. size)

2 cups water

oil

4 eggs

4 tablespoons water

salt, pepper, and nutmeg (to taste)

5 oz.cooked ham

1-2 tablespoons finely chopped chives



Prepare potato pancake mix according to instructions on packet. Fry 16 small pancakes and keep warm. Beat eggs with water (4 tablespoons) and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut ham into small cubes and scramble together with eggs. Sprinkle with some chopped chives. Spread out 8 potato pancakes on a plate and put 1 tablespoon of scrambled egg into each one. Cover with 8 remaining pancakes and add chopped chives to taste. Guten Appetit!
