Crêpes mit Nutella

(Thin Pancakes with Nutella)


1 packet Werner's Backmischung für Crêpes (Crepes Mix)

1 egg

2 TBLS Estermann Sonnenblumenöl (Sunflower oil)

1 cup water

3 TBLS Nutella (Hazelnut Chocolate Spread)


1 banana, sliced


Mix the contents of one packet with 1 cup water, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of oil.

Grease a non-stick frying pan.

Add a thin layer of the mixture to pan and fry both sides until golden brown.

Fill the warm Crêpes with Nutella and banana slices (if desired).

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream. Enjoy!
