Quick & Easy Fleischsalat

(German-Style Meat Salad)

Traditional “Fleischsalat” is made with Ring Bologna, German pickles and German mayonnaise.

4 rings of Kocher's Ring Bologna (Ringwurst) or about 3 packages of Stiglmeier Garlic Bologna (Fleischwurst mit Knoblauch)

1 jar Hengstenberg Knackige (Crunchy) Gherkins or 2 jars Hengstenberg Wurstsalat Gurken

2 cups Thomy Delikatess-Mayonnaise (2 - 8.8oz jars or 5 tubes of 3.5oz Mayonnaise)

salt & pepper to taste


May be served with slices of German Ur-Roggenbrot (Old Rye) Bread and crispy Bratkartoffeln (German fried potatoes).


Remove sausage casing if necessary.

Slice Ring Bologna in 1/4" slices.

Cut these slices in fine cubes or strips, dice the pickles as well.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Serves 10-12 people.
