Schupfnudeln mit Speck

(German Potato Noodles with Bacon)

1/4 cup finely-diced Schaller & Weber Double-Smoked Bacon or Kocher's Double-Smoked Bacon

1/4 cup finely-diced white onion

1 package Henglein Kartoffelnudeln Schupfnudeln (Potato noodles)


HAK Appelmoes (apple sauce)


In a large skillet sauté the bacon until it is browned. Add the onions to the bacon and cook until soft. Remove the bacon and onions from the pan. Use the oil from the bacon to brown the potato noodles. Add bacon and onions back in and heat through. If desired, serve with German apple sauce on the side.
