my mother used to make the "Tschechische Knoedel" from scratch.

I am to lazy and never even tried to make them.

Now i can have a meal that was always one of my favorites growing up.

I made Sauerkraut and Schweinebraten and gravy with it and it was soooo yummy.

like dumpling what i know from my country . In Praha we call it knedlík. Good with brown meat sauce.
