This Knackwurst is a Rindswurst style sausage and best eaten by heating in hot water for 15 min.(not boiling ! otherwise the skin will burst )
Remove, make a lengthwise cut half the depth (no cutting thru) put Ketchup into the slice and a good amount of curry powder on top. It's so called very popular "Currywurst" in Germany & it taste just delicious !! Enjoy !
