This is by far the best Fleischwurst that is available. This is what Fleischwurst tastes like in Germany. There is just a hint of garlic, if that, so the name is a bit misleading but it is awesome. Hot,cold, either way. Definitely my favorite!

DescriptionBologna from Stiglmeier has a very mild garlic flavor. It's ready to eat and can be cut into thin slices for a great German sandwich (Wurstbrot) or added to a cold cut platter. One of our favorite ways to serve this Fleischwurst is to dice the meat, dice German pickles, and mix with German Mayonnaise. Just add salt & pepper to taste and you have a wonderful German Fleischsalat (Meat Salad). Our customers are crazy about it! The garlic adds just the right flavor. One chub measures approximately 6 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide. Keep refrigerated for up to two (2) weeks.
