Aged for up to 6 months, it is low in calories and fat. This Ham runs approximately 2.0 to 2.5lbs unsliced. You'll need either an electric slicer or one of those special German knives to cut your extra thin slice of ham. This is a perfect size for a small family. Keep cool or refrigerate after opening. This ham has a 365 day (refrigerated) shelf life.
