Aged for up to 6 months, it is low in calories and fat. You'll need either an electric slicer or one of those special German knives to cut your extra thin slice of ham. This is a perfect size for a small family. Keep cool or refrigerate after opening. This ham has a 365 day (refrigerated) shelf life.
