Can be easily used in baking recipes. Try lining a loaf pan bottom and sides first with wax paper, then with Leibniz cookies. Pour in a layer of your favorite chocolate "melted," then another layer of cookies, a layer of chocolate, then cookies again until you reach the lop of pan - finish with a layer of cookies. Refrigerate until firm. (Melted Chocolate: choose a high quality chocolate and melt in microwave. If melting on the stove, be sure to use a double boiler or melt in a pot over another pot with simmering water. Stir constantly, do not leave unattended.) You may want to add Oetker's rum flavoring to the melted chocolate. Cool until serving. Turn over onto a serving plate, peel off wax paper and slice. Enjoy!
