Die traditionellen Leibniz-Plätzchen von Bahlsen sind nun auch erhältlich in Vollkorn. Sie sind knackig frisch und locker gebacken mit viel Weizen Vollkornmehl.
Can be easily used in baking recipes z.B. "Kalter Hund". Try lining a loaf pan bottom and sides first with wax paper, then with Leibniz cookies. Pour in a layer of your favorite chocolate "melted," then another layer of cookies, a layer of chocolate, then cookies again until you reach the lop of pan - finish with a layer of cookies. Refrigerate until firm. (Melted Chocolate: choose a high quality chocolate and melt in microwave. If melting on the stove, be sure to use a double boiler or melt in a pot over another pot with simmering water. Stir constantly, do not leave unattended.) You may want to add Oetker's rum flavoring to the melted chocolate. Turn over onto a serving plate, peel off wax paper and slice. Keep chilled between servings.
