Recipe for Fleischkäse Burger
Fleischkäse Burger
(German-Style Meatloaf "Burger" with Brötchen)

Ingredients:
4 round Laugenbrötchen (German Pretzel Rolls) or Brötchen (German Bread Rolls)
4 slices Siegi’s Fleischkäse (German-Style Meatloaf)
Gundelsheim Barrel Pickles (Fass-Gewürzgurken), sliced
Hengstenberg süßer Senf (sweet Bavarian mustard)
3 tomatoes
lettuce


Preparation:
Preheat oven to 225°F. Bake Laugenbrötchen or Brötchen for 5 minutes.

In a pan, sauté the Fleischkäse in some oil. Fry for about 2 minutes on each side, or until browned.

Cut Laugenbrötchen (or Brötchen) in half. Add lettuce, Fleischkäse slice, tomato & pickle slices. Spread one half of bread roll with German mustard of your choice. Enjoy!
