Here's how our Shipping Calculator works for you...

• Weight, destination, and shipping method are factored into your Shipping Estimate before you pay.
• During "checkout" our system recognizes:
  1.  which items in your order are perishable, heat sensitive, and/or non-perishable.
  2.  whether your order can't be "on the road" more than 3 business days, because the coolant won't last longer.
  3.  how many business days it takes to get a package from our Texas warehouse to your "ship to" address.
  4.  the approximate total weight of your selected items, plus coolant if necessary.
• The default setting is GROUND shipping, since most of the USA can be reached within 3 business days via "Ground".
• If your package can't safely be shipped via "Ground" our system will automatically alert you to select a better shipping method.
• You can "apply" the shipping method to see an estimate of shipping charges...before paying.
• If the selected carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS) charges us less than their estimate, we reduce your shipping charges.
• The checkout form also lets you request that we avoid certain carriers if you've had problems with them.
• Unless you tell us otherwise, our experienced staff will select the best carrier for your "ship to" zip code.
• Once your order is shipped, we send you an email with a tracking number, followed by an email with your final charges.
