Add as many dumplings as you want, making sure they're covered with water. Let them soak in cold water for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Bring water to a boil & let bags boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove dumplings, rinse shortly under cold water. Remove dumplings from bags and serve to your delighted family and friends!
