Frikadellen Meatballs with Pickled German Salads
(German-Style Meatballs with Pickled German Salads)

Ingredients:
2 packages Maggi Hackbraten Fix or Knorr Hackbraten Fix
1 cup water
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork

Puszta Salat (mixed vegetable salad)
Sellerie Salat (celery salad)
Rote Bete Salat (beet salad)
Karotten Salat (carrot salad)
Bohnen Salat (green bean salad)

Preparation:
Mix water with contents of both packets. Add meat and mix well. Form small round meatballs and pan-fry until brown on both sides.

Serve German Meatballs with assorted German pickled salads for a quick weeknight meal.
