Recipe for Fleischsalat

Fleischsalat
(German-Style Meat Salad)
Traditional "Fleischsalat" is made with Ring Bologna, German pickles and German mayonnaise.
Here is the recipe for the Fleischsalat in the picture:

Ingredients:
3 rings of Siegi's Ring Bologna (Ringwurst) or about 4.5  Stiglmeier Garlic Bologna
1 jar Hengstenberg Knackige (Crunchy) Gherkins
2 jars Thomy Delikatess-Mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste

(optional)
May be served with slices of German Roggenkruste (Crusty Rye) Bread and crispy Bratkartoffeln from Kartoffelland (German fried potatoes).

Preparation:
Slice Ring Bologna in 1/4" slices. Cut these slices in fine cubes or strips, dice the pickles as well. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

Serves 10-12 people.
