Do you have a retail store where I can shop?
If you live in or are
visiting the Dallas/Fort Worth area, please stop by our
warehouse. It isn't a typical retail store, but we have
well-stocked shelves and customers enjoy the experience.

Our warehouse hours:
Monday - Friday from 10 am to
7 pm. (central time)
Saturday from 10 am - 6 pm
Sunday from noon - 6 pm
We are typically not open for
shopping on most official holidays.
Do you have a printed catalog?
No. We have over 1,700
products and add additional products almost every day. A printed
catalog is obsolete the day it is printed. Also, printed
catalogs are environmentally wasteful. Our online catalog is
dynamic and current.
Do you take phone orders?
No. We do not have a
phone staff large enough to handle the large numbers of orders
we receive every day.

How do I order if I don't own a computer or have
the Internet?
If you don't have
access through a friend or relative, contact your public
library. Most libraries offer free Internet access.
How do I pay by credit card if I am uncomfortable
entering my card number online?
Select your
products and make sure your shopping cart is the way you'd like
it. Then select the payment option that allows you to phone in
your Credit Card.
Then call us within 48 hours toll free
to 1-877-GERMANY (1-877-437-6269) during business hours and give
us the credit card information.
For security reasons, do not leave your
credit card information on our voice mail or send it to us via
email. If necessary we can call you to get the card information,
but be sure to give us a number where we can reach you.
Your order will be processed after the
card information has been received and confirmed.
Why do products cost more at GermanDeli.com than in
Germany?
Packaging and labeling for the
US market, shipping & trucking costs, rates of exchange, and
import duties all add to the cost of the products.
