Preparation:
Cut pork loin into strips. In a large skillet sauté pork strips in 1
tablespoon of heated oil until no longer pink. Remove from the skillet
and set aside in a serving bowl. Prepare Spätzle according to package
instructions.
Using the same skillet, brown the mushroom slices (add a bit more
oil if needed). Add water and stir in Geschnetzeltes “Züricher Art”
packet. Bring to a boil and let it cook for 1 minute.
Then add the sautéed pork back into the skillet and sauté an
additional 5 minutes. Cover pork with mushrooms. Slice Raclette
and cover pork & mushrooms. Let Raclette melt. Serve immediately with
Spätzle on the side.
