Holiday Buffet with Lachsschinken & Smoked Goose Breast

Ingredients:
Schaller & Weber Lachsschinken
Stiglmeier Smoked Goose Breast
Weisser Spargel (White Asparagus)

cream cheese
horseradish (optional)
1 cucumber
radishes
boiled eggs
green and black olives
grape tomatoes
lettuce

German Bread
German Butter

Preparation:
Wash vegetables. Boil eggs.
Slice goose breast and Lachsschinken to desired thickness. (We recommend using a meat slicer.)
Wrap Spargel with Lachsschinken slice & secure with chives.
If desired, mix some horseradish with cream cheese.
