Kasseler mit Apfel-Rosenkohl
(German-style Smoked Pork Chops with Brussels Sprouts and Apples)

2 - 12oz packages of frozen Brussels Sprouts
salt
2 apples
2.5 pounds Kassler Rippchen [2 packages of Siegi’s Kassler Rippchen or about 3 slices of Schaller & Weber's Kassler Rippchen]
2 packages Maggi fix & frisch Zwiebel-Rahm Schnitzel or Knorr Zwiebel-Rahm Schnitzel Fix
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup water

Place Kassler Rippchen (smoked pork chops) in a large baking dish. Wash and core apples. Cut apples into 8 wedges. Arrange Brussels Sprouts and apple pieces around the meat.

Mix 2 packages of Zwiebel-Rahm Schnitzel in with 1 cup water and heavy whipping cream. Pour mixture evenly over pork chops and Brussels Sprouts. Bake 35-40 minutes in preheated 400°F oven.

Serve garnished with chopped parsley. May also be served with Henglein Schupfnudeln.
