Place Kassler Rippchen (smoked pork chops) in a large baking dish. Wash and core apples. Cut apples into 8 wedges. Arrange Brussels Sprouts and apple pieces around the meat.
Mix 2 packages of Zwiebel-Rahm Schnitzel in with 1 cup water and heavy whipping cream. Pour mixture evenly over pork chops and Brussels Sprouts. Bake 35-40 minutes in preheated 400°F oven.
Serve garnished with chopped parsley. May also be served with Henglein Schupfnudeln.
