Imported from Germany! Real "Sauerbraten" with no need to marinate! You need approximately 17.8oz (500g) beef: 1. Brown the roast in hot oil. 2. Add 2 cups (1/2L /500 ml) water, stir in the package contents and bring to a boil. 3. Cover and simmer at low heat for approx. 1 1/2 hr. Turn the roast after 45 minutes. 4. Cut meat into slices and soak in the sauce for a few minutes. Serve with German dumplings and enjoy!
