Recipe for HoWe Nürnberger Salat
HoWe Nürnberger Salat
(Nürnberger Bratwurst Salad)

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Aro Sunflower Oil
¼ cup Sünner Kölsch Beer
1 ½ tablespoons Kühne Salata
1 teaspoon German honey
2 packages HoWe bratwurst, sliced and browned
¼ cup diced onion
¼ head green cabbage, shredded
¼ head red cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon German mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:
Whisk together oil, Salata, honey, beer and mustard.
Combine cabbage and onion and toss with dressing.
Top salad with warm brats and enjoy!!
