Pinkelwurst mit Kartoffeln

Ingredients:
Schaller & Weber Pinkelwurst
1 medium onion, diced
2 packages of your favorite Bratkartoffeln (fried potatoes)
fresh chopped parsley (optional)
salt & pepper to taste 

Preparation:
Remove the Pinkelwurst from its casing and cut large chunks into a skillet. 
Sauté the Pinkelwurst over medium heat. 
As Pinkelwurst heats up, use spatula to break up pieces. 
Sauté the Pinkelwurst until browned.
Drain any excess fat fom the skillet. 
Add the onions to the meat in the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent. 
Add the two pouches of Bratkartoffeln and mix well with the meat and onions. 
Sauté the mixture over medium heat until the potatoes are lightly browned. 

Serve immediately. 
Serve as a side dish with scrambled or fried eggs, bratwurst, sauerkraut, or cabbage.
