2009 Kartoffel Recipe Contest Rules As part of the 4th Annual Kartoffel Fest to be held August 30, 2009, GermanDeli is conducting a Kartoffel Recipe Contest. The Judging: Judging will take place between noon and 2 pm on August 30, 2009. The judges will consist of one professional chef and two amateur chefs. Each dish will be judged on the basis of taste, appearance, and how well the dish features potatoes. The Details: 1. Bring your potato dish (preferably in a disposable container) to GermanDeli European Food Store at 5100 State Hwy 121 in Colleyville, Texas on August 30, 2009 between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. 2. We also need a typed version of your recipe with your name, address & phone.. 3. If your dish will require last minute preparations, please make arrangements in advance by contacting Nicole Woodley at 817-410-9955. 4. Winners will be announced at 2pm.
