Lachsschinken, gets it name from Lachs (Lox) because of its similar taste. This certified boneless loin of pork is carefully wrapped in a thin layer of fat and then gently cured and smoked. A ready-to-slice delight for gourmet tastes. Should be served paper-thin with German bread, it's excellent on crackers or wrapped around a thin bread stick. Do NOT cook! Our favorit Party Food: Place one or two paper thin slices of Lachsschinken on a German Salt Cracker. Add a dollop of Schaller & Weber Creamy Horseradish Sauce between the slices. Your guests will devour these treats!
