Kräuter-Rahm Schnitzel Auflauf (Creamy Herb Schnitzel with Mushrooms) |

Ingredients: 1 lb cutlets (pork, turkey or chicken) ¾ cup heavy whipping cream 1 package Maggi fix & frisch Kräuter-Rahm Schnitzel or Knorr Fix Kräuter-Rahm Schnitzel 2 oz Tilsiter, shredded ¼ cup cold water 300g mushrooms, sliced Preparation: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place the meat in the bottom of a greased baking dish. (Meat should be raw.) In a separate bowl, mix cream, ¼ cup water and Kräuter-Rahm Schnitzel packet together. Pour mixture over the meat. Add cheese to the top of mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven until it is golden brown. Serve with German Knödel (Potato Dumplings) or Bavarian-style Spätzle.
