FedEx Shipper's number? |

Absolutely!
Provide your shipper's number and a request for us to use it in
the "special shipping instructions" box during checkout.
Our S&H estimate will still appear on the checkout form, but
we'll charge you only our $5 handling fee at the time we ship
your order and charge your card. |

How soon will
my order be shipped? |
We try and get your order out
within
1-2 business days, unless your order
contains perishable or heat-sensitive
items and there is a
risk your order will not move
over a weekend or holiday.
Also, allow extra
processing days from
Oct. 1 - Dec. 31
Orders placed after midnight
on Dec. 10th may NOT
arrive by Christmas.
However, we will try our best!Orders for
electronic gift
certificates
received by midnight on 12/24 will be
emailed by 8 am on Christmas morning. |

How do you calculate shipping & handling? |
- We access a $5
handling fee on each
order
to cover the cost of shipping
materials and
to help offset packaging
labor.
- An
automated
calculator on our site estimates the cost based on total
product
weight, shipping destination
and shipping
method.
This estimate is shown before
you are asked for payment.
- If the actual
S&H costs are lower than
estimated you will be charged the lower
amount. If the charges are higher than
the estimate you will be charged the lower
estimated amount.

you gift wrap? |

Every order is decorated with tissue paper and
German Flag ribbons.
Unless...
your order contains dry ice. We may need to leave off the
tissue paper because of condensation. |

We ship to all 50 US
states, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses
(via USPS priority mail)
and to Canada.*
