Do you have a minimum order requirement?
Yes. We require a minimum purchase of $25, which may be a mix of products.

How do I select the best
shipping method for my order?
  • Select "ground" shipping when possible
  • Select "air" only when "ground" won't get your perishable items to you within three days travel time

How do I know if ground shipping will arrive within three days?

Call our shipping department at 1-877-GERMANY (1-877-437-6269) and ask them to check on the transit time.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, but click here for important
details you must know.

How does GermanDeli package perishable or heat sensitive products to keep them safe?

We use thick-walled coolers with dry ice and/or FDA-approved synthetic coolant.

May I use my own UPS or FedEx Shipper's number?

Absolutely!
Provide your shipper's number and a request for us to use it in the "special shipping instructions" box during checkout.
Our S&H estimate will still appear on the checkout form, but we'll charge your Shipper's #.

How soon will my order be shipped?
We try and get your order out within
1-2 business days, unless your order
contains perishable or heat-sensitive
items and there is a
risk your order will not move
over a weekend or holiday.

How do you calculate shipping & handling?
  • An automated calculator on our
    site estimates the cost based on
    total product weight, shipping
    destination and shipping method.
    This estimate is shown before
    you are asked for payment.
  • If the actual S&H costs are lower
    than estimated, you will be charged
    the lower amount. If the charges
    are higher than the estimate you
    will be charged the lower estimated
    amount.
  • If customers request Saturday delivery,
    additional costs will apply.

Chocolates can melt above 72ºF

Do you gift wrap?

Every order is decorated with a
decorative black cover
and German Flag ribbons. 

Do you ship outside the USA?
We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses
(via USPS priority mail)
and to Canada.*
*may require a premium shipping method

May I specify a delivery date?

Yes.  Just provide the details
in the "special instructions" box
when you order.

We can't hold orders for more than two weeks except by special permission.
