Shipping to Canada

Important things to know before you order from us...

  1. Additional fees pertaining to brokers, document preparation, bonding, and Canadian Customs may be charged after the fact by the carrier and billed to you directly.  These fees can sometimes cause your total S&H costs to be as much as (or even more than) the cost of the products you ordered.

  2. We can ship most non-perishable items to Canada. We are not able to ship items that are frozen or require refrigeration.

  3. During warm-weather months, we do not recommend ordering items that are heat sensitive (e.g., chocolates, chocolate-covered cookies, gummi-candies, etc.).   The coolant won't last from Texas to Canada even though we use thick-walled coolers and ice.

  4. Unless you have requested air shipping, we typically select the most economical ground shipping method available to us.  If you’ve had good luck with a certain ground carrier don't hesitate to suggest this method to us in the "special shipping instructions" box during checkout.

  5. Your order may be in transit most of the time after it leaves our warehouse.  However, the ground-tracking link we email you may appear inactive between the time the order arrives at the Canadian border and the time the order is actually delivered to the Canadian address.  Often the package is not scanned at every step of its progress.

  6. Sometimes, third-party companies are employed by USPS, FedEx, or UPS to arrange and complete deliveries within Canada.
