Add 1 Tablespoon water and 3 Tablespoons Oil (i.e., Mazola) - no need to add vinegar - and mix well. If serving with lettuce, use 3 Tablespoons water and be sure to dry your lettuce leaves well before adding the dressing. Serves 2-4 with a medium cucumber or salad.

The flour mixtures are intentionally not improved with additives, which can lead to the fact that the breads do not always look alike. The mixtures can be also halved, i.e. one uses the half sour dough, the half flour mixture and a bag of yeast. However, it would be more economically to bake 1 large loaf or two small loafs and freeze one. The smell of the fresh baked Seitenbacher bread with natural sour paste brings old traditional values in the house.
