Family favorite for generations

Starting with my Uroma (Great-Grandma) this is the type of pasta which has been used in our family for generations. Either just browned in butter and served with Sauerkraut, or used with Emmentaler, and onions browned in butter, to make Kaesnudeln (cheese noodles), these noodles are DELICIOUS.

there is nothing better then to enjoy a nice dish of macaronis. This are a special favorite from home. Better then any other pasta out there. You can freeze them, once you are ready to eat them just pull them out and you can put them into the water for 13min. for perfect taste. Excellent with tomato sauce,or gulasch or rouladen.

After living in Germany and finding these fabulous noodles... can't find them around the area of where I live and no one seems to know what they are. LOVE THEM!!!
