This sausage is great by itself, but for a special treat I like to slice it up and add to fried potatoes. It's also fantastic when diced and combined with a shredded gouda or garlic cheddar cheese and used as an omelet filling.

Love it...and it's not to hot. Slice it up and put it on some good crusty german buttered bread and you got a real treat !!! will order it again and again,yummy !
