I used this mix for the first time after receiving it a few days ago. I did not follow the recipe but tried something different. I did not add any hamburger. I had about 2 1/2 pounds of a veggie mix, broccoli. cauliflower and baby carrots. Added a bunch of sliced mushrooms, cooked it all for about 5 minutes and then addes the mix. Stirred it well and let it cook for another few minutes. Voila - a delicious sie dish that wii go with practically with any main dish. My family loved it! .
